If you want to support this effort, two things which would be mighty useful, if there were any volunteers minded to provide them, are:
1) I need a little php done. I'm going to host the site, but if you could give me a leg up on the programming, that would be more efficient that my doing it all myself. Especially seeing as how my php is rusty.
2) If someone wanted to go off and write a script for introducing oneself over the phone to a probably very harried hotel manager, explaining the service and asking them to coordinate with the volunteer, that would also speed things up.
